Conditions And Terms For All Moving Jobs

1. Over weight Items :

Any items over 300 pounds (lbs), these items will be considered overweight and we will charge an extra fee if the job is possible, otherwise we will have to reschedule it for another day or ask the company for more help if they can do it in the same day.

2. Safety and Liability Precautions:

For safety reasons, customers are not permitted to assist with loading or unloading the truck. Should the customer decide to help, they will be held responsible for any damages to the property, personal injury, or damage to inventory.

3. Hourly Charge :

– A minimum of 2 hours is required for small jobs.
– A minimum of 3 hours is required for house moves.

4. Payment :

Payment must be made by the customer before unloading at the final location.
– For leftover services or mover help (without a truck), payment is required before the work commences.

5. Washer & Dryer Connections :

We do not hook up or unhook washers and dryers. This responsibility lies with the customer. If we agree our movers to do it we charge $50 for that services.

6. Shrink wrap:

We are not responsible for the removal of shrink wrap from furniture unless mover blankets are used to protect the furniture from damage. Shrink wrap is included in the moving fee.

7: Loose items :

We do not move loose items or small items that can fit into a vehicle, such as toys, shoes, clothes, floor lamps, personal items, etc., unless they are packed in boxes. Boxes must be packed, taped, and ready to move. Otherwise, our leftover service or mover box service will be provided, and additional charges will apply.

8. Booking Fee :

The booking fee secures your scheduled move and is non-deductible. The booking fee is non-refundable if the move is canceled. Failure to provide updated information 3 days before the move will result in a forfeited booking fee

9.BROKEN FURNITURE :

Any previously broken items are not covered under the contract due to liability issues.

10. Starting Time :

The starting time is recorded as the time we arrive at your location, not the time we begin working inside your apartment, house, or storage unit.

11: Refrigerator disassemble:

When moving the refrigerator, we typically remove the handles and main entrance door and try to fit it through the house entrance. If it doesn’t fit, then we will need to disassemble the fridge doors, which costs between $150 and $250 to reassemble them.

12: boxes and Tv :

Boxes has to be taped and sealed , we dont move open boxes and overweight boxes.

Tv: we have to turn on the Tv before we move it , if the cable was not available we will move under the customer responsibility

13.Tv & refrigerator :

Our service is not included unmount tv and mount it back. or taking the doors off for the refrigerator. we can try to take the main door off , door handle , if its not fitting then we have to charge $120-$150 to take it apart and put it again.

14. Max working hours a job

The Maximum hours is allowed for the movers to work in one job is 7 hours.

We provide the customer with $0.60 cents per pound coverage per article , if anything happens (damages) during the job unless the customer asked for extra coverage and it will be additional charge.
